Hello, I am the school nurse at Pittsburg Schools located in southeastern Oklahoma. I am joining this campaign in hopes of raising enough money to purchase a new AED for our sports facility. Our distict has been working fervently on updating the school grounds and athletic facilities for our students. Being the very rural and small school that we are, athletics is very important for our students, especially those without many other options. I would like for our facilities to also include an AED so in the case of emergency our kids, staff, or community members would be able to receive life saving medical care until emergency services were able to arrive. If nothing else it is a huge piece of mind to have such a vital, life saving device to be available quickly. Thank you for your consideration!
