I am the director of operations at FA Euro New York, a not-for-profit youth soccer club based in the heart of Brooklyn, NY. We have been proudly serving the NYC community for over 10 years and it is our goal to provide top-quality and affordable training and coaching and expose our players to the top level of youth competition possible. We are the only club in Brooklyn to be a part of MLS NEXT, the pinnacle of youth soccer in the United States. Our mission is to develop not only athletes, but also individuals, as we look to instill the values of respect, dedication, grit, and sportsmanship in all of our athletes. We strive to make our year-round club as affordable as possible. Being a not-for-profit, our funding is very limited. Out-of-pocket AED costs will take away scholarship opportunities to several players. AEDs are now state-mandated and we will need to purchase multiple to keep at all of our facilities. We are seeking funding so we can give more scholarships to players in need.
