This program is run by our family, and at the heart of it is our daughter, Addie. Addie doesn’t just play softball — she helps run Rigby Elite. She mentors younger athletes, helps at practices, and is a constant presence on the field. Softball is where she feels most alive, most connected, and most herself.

Through our journey as a family, we learned firsthand how quickly a medical emergency can happen — even to a young, active athlete — and how critical immediate access to an AED can be. Seconds matter. Having the right equipment nearby can be the difference between tragedy and a second chance.

That experience led us to create Field of Hearts – Addie’s Mission: a commitment to protecting young athletes by ensuring life-saving AEDs are available where they’re needed most — on the fields where our kids practice, play, and compete.

This fundraiser is about placing an AED at our Rigby Elite Softball fields, so coaches, parents, and staff are equipped to respond if the unthinkable happens. It’s about being prepared — not fearful — and honoring the responsibility we have to every family who trusts us with their child.
