Description

I am a part time pastor with the First Light South Portland Church of the Nazarene. We have operated a non profit daycare center in our church building called Lighthouse School and Childcare Center for over 50 years. I have been trying to get an AED in this building for over 6 years as the church cannot afford one because we do no charge a huge rate for childcare to keep costs for families down because we are a church and believe in helping others as we are called to do by Jesus, but also understand that we cannot operate without being able to cover costs like teacher salaries and benefits. I feel that this could be an essential piece of equipment to help save a life and is sorely needed.
