Description

Windy Ridge Elementary is a small, rural Pre-K through Grade 5 elementary school located in Hampshire County West Virginia. Our staff focuses on the whole child – not just academics. It is important to every staff member in the building that safety is our top priority when it comes to our building. We all strive to let students know above all else they are safe when they are with us. Children may then relax, knowing they are safe and cared for, enough to allow learning to take place. We have multiple students who live with older grandparents, often with cardiac issues in the home which children witness.
