My daughter plays with a youth travel softball team and I also umpire for travel softball in the area. One thing we have found is only a few of the fields we go to have access to a AED. As a retired military veteran and first responder I understand the importance of having access to this important life saving equipment. Having an AED the team can travel with and have access to at every ballpark could be extremely valuable. When seconds count in an emergency help is only minutes away.
